General Transactional Lawyer
About Nease Law, PLLC
My name is Kyla Nease and I was born and raised in western Oklahoma. When deciding where I wanted to practice law, I always knew I would end up back in western Oklahoma among the hard-working people I have always respected and loved. That’s how my family and I ended up in Kingfisher in the Summer of 2020.
I have seen first hand the ranchers working through extreme winter conditions to take care of their livestock. I have seen the farmers praying for a good wheat harvest every year. I have seen the people of western Oklahoma pick themselves up after hard times, and build legacies that will last generations. The grit and determination of western Oklahomans cannot be beat and I am honored to have the opportunity to serve them.
I graduated from the University of North Dakota, Summa cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Art in History, in 2017. I immediately began law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law and received my Juris Doctorate degree with a certificate in Estate Planning in December of 2019. I was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in April 2020, to the U.S. Western District of Oklahoma Bar in the Summer of 2020, and the U.S. Eastern District of Oklahoma in Fall 2021.
In my free time you can find me reading a good book, singing at church, quilting or crocheting, or hanging out with my husband, Cody, our two teenagers, Shilo and Asher, and our three dogs, Shredder, Matty, and Trapper John.
